A call of about forty minutes on which we build a board in front of you, on a copy of your own sheet if you are willing to share one, or on a sample sheet if you are not. Nothing is signed on the call, and no card is asked for.

The name your team goes by is enough.

A few lines is plenty: what the sheet tracks, how often it changes, and what the Monday meeting looks like today.

Sending the form is an enquiry, not an order. What you type is emailed to [email protected] and used only to arrange the call.

After sending

What happens next

We read the form and reply from [email protected], usually within two working days, with two or three times for the call. Pick one, or suggest another; we work around your week rather than ours.

On the call we connect a sheet, name a few ranges and place panels while you watch, then answer questions, including the ones whose honest answer is no. If the tool fits, we open a trial workspace for your team the same day. If it does not fit, you have spent forty minutes and we will tell you what to look for instead.

Three things we will not do on the call: sell you a database, build your spreadsheet, or ask for a sheet holding personal customer records.
