Terms of use for toneinux.com

Plain terms for a plain website. They cover reading these pages and sending the walkthrough form; the tool itself is governed by the written agreement each team signs.

What these pages are for

toneinux.com is published by Toneinux, a software company placed in Tallinn, Estonia. The site exists to describe the Toneinux tool and to let a team ask for a walkthrough. By reading it you agree to these terms; if you do not, the remedy is simply not to use the site.

Acceptable use

You may read, print and link to these pages for any lawful purpose connected with deciding whether to talk to us. You may not send the form with false details, use it to send unsolicited material, attempt to probe or overload the site, or copy its pages to present them as your own. Automated reading of the site for indexing is welcome; automated submission of the form is not.

An enquiry is not a contract

Sending the walkthrough form asks us to get in touch. It does not create an agreement of any kind, it does not reserve a seat, and it does not oblige either of us to anything. A walkthrough is arranged by email afterwards and can be declined or cancelled by either side. Any agreement to use the tool is a separate written document with its own terms, which take precedence over this page for everything they cover.

What these pages describe

The pages describe the tool as it stands on the date at the top of this page. Features, limits and the order of work are described in good faith and may change; the version that binds is the one in your written agreement. Nothing on this site is a statement of fitness for a particular team, and nothing here is professional, financial or legal advice.

Intellectual property

The text, the drawings and the arrangement of these pages belong to Toneinux. The name Toneinux and the mark on these pages are ours. Photographs are the work of the people named in the credits below and are used under the licences stated there. You may quote short passages with attribution; you may not reproduce a page wholesale.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law of Estonia allows, Toneinux is not liable for loss or damage arising from reading the site, relying on its contents, or being unable to reach it. Where the law forbids a limitation, none is claimed here.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about the site, are governed by the law of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the European Union, this does not take away protections your own country's law gives you.

Changes

These terms can change. A revised version, carrying a fresh date at the top, replaces this one on the day it is published, and reading the site after that day means the new wording applies. Questions about them go to [email protected]. Our privacy page covers what the form collects.
